The intervention required rigorous technical oversight to ensure compatibility between the structural upgrade and the preservation of the heritage building.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1072\" data-end=\"1249\">This project forms part of a broader <strong data-start=\"1109\" data-end=\"1143\">historic theatre refurbishment<\/strong> strategy aimed at upgrading technical infrastructure while safeguarding architectural and cultural value.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1251\" data-end=\"1537\">The objective of the stage grid intervention was to adapt and reinforce the existing structure in order to comply with current regulations, improve safety conditions, and optimise the performance of the theatre\u2019s technical systems within a specialised <strong data-start=\"1503\" data-end=\"1524\">stage engineering<\/strong> environment.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1539\" data-end=\"1586\">The scope of Construction Supervision included:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1588\" data-end=\"1958\">\n<li data-start=\"1588\" data-end=\"1649\">\n<p data-start=\"1590\" data-end=\"1649\">Comprehensive technical oversight of the structural works<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1650\" data-end=\"1705\">\n<p data-start=\"1652\" data-end=\"1705\">Verification of materials and load-bearing elements<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1706\" data-end=\"1767\">\n<p data-start=\"1708\" data-end=\"1767\">Qualitative and quantitative control of on-site execution<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1768\" data-end=\"1836\">\n<p data-start=\"1770\" data-end=\"1836\">Supervision of load testing procedures and technical inspections<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1837\" data-end=\"1896\">\n<p data-start=\"1839\" data-end=\"1896\">Coordination among contractors and project stakeholders<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1897\" data-end=\"1958\">\n<p data-start=\"1899\" data-end=\"1958\">Preparation and validation of final project documentation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1960\" data-end=\"2201\">Throughout the construction process, technical adjustments were implemented in response to the building\u2019s existing conditions, ensuring structural stability, operational safety, and full integration with the existing stage machinery systems.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2203\" data-end=\"2477\">Through this intervention, TAGA Proyectos Esc\u00e9nicos further consolidates its expertise in structural upgrades for historic performance venues in Spain, reinforcing its position as a specialist engineering consultancy in theatre infrastructure and stage engineering projects.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2479\" data-end=\"2626\"><strong data-start=\"2479\" data-end=\"2490\">Client:<\/strong> Instituto Nacional de las Artes Esc\u00e9nicas y de la M\u00fasica (INAEM) \u2013 Centro Dram\u00e1tico Nacional<br data-start=\"2571\" data-end=\"2574\" \/><strong data-start=\"2574\" data-end=\"2587\">Location:<\/strong> Madrid, Spain<br data-start=\"2601\" data-end=\"2604\" \/><strong data-start=\"2604\" data-end=\"2619\">Completion:<\/strong> 2025<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243;
